Provide the safe, healthy and comfortable environment
Employees are the most important partners of the company’s operation! Providing the employees with the safe, healthy and comfortable environment is one of the most important obligations and responsibilities of the enterprise to care the employees. Mingku Electronics implements the relevant management framework system according to the spirit and requirement of ISO14001/OHSAS18000 and EICC, to ensure the protection of employee safety, hygiene and health: provide the free annual health examination.
The factory has the special Safety Management Committee. The factory general manager holds the post of top executive of the Committee, and the safety director and all units are jointly responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, review and improvement of safety, health, hygiene and other work within the factory, and ensure to meet the decree, specification and requirement of governments around the world.
Ensure to provide the drinking water, food, dorm, light of work environment, ventilation, noise control, emergency safety care equipment and others for the employees, regularly inspect and maintain all of them, and fully meet the provision and requirement of the decree.
Regularly hold the training and exercise of emergency, and hire an external professional agency to provide the training on emergency skills and field exercise for the employees.
Regularly hold the forum of president, new comers and high-order personnel. With the opinion exchange with the two-way communication, the employees know the company enterprises and business direction, and also listen to the idea and suggestion of the colleagues, to create a better future.
Provide the employee suggestion box. The colleagues can reflect the opinion or idea by virtue of it, as the reference basis for improving the company operation.
Perform the employee satisfaction survey every two years to know the idea, opinion and satisfaction of employees on company strategy and culture, organization operation/communication, executives, salary/bonus/employee benefit, education and training, promotion and development/performance appraisal, work content, work environment/company prospect, internal unit support service and others, as the important reference basis for the company improvement.
